Fulfilling work, but very bureaucratic

- Potential to work on meaningful projects - Incredible in-house expertise in particular departments (mainly due to acquisitions) - Amazing opportunity to learn about energy and sustainability

Cons

- Departments that merged acquired companies operate at a completely different level to pre-existing departments - Bogged down by process and bureaucracy: they are losing talented young staff because it can take months (even up to a year) to deliver on a promise - Some offices are struggling to hire young people: strange dynamic in some places, and company is a little out of touch - Consultancy pay does not match that of competitors

Their HR had made a pretty fast process for the recruitment which was good.

Cons

The most toxic company culture I have ever seen. Drama and stress for no reason. Some of the leaders are very smart but very bad intentions with the employees. They promote as they would support employees health issues but they actually judge and make you feel guilty and force you to reveal when you have any health issues. I think even the MD is was force to reveal in order to manipulate people so that they also reveal. Absolutely insane and toxic. I am so happy I left!
