Clientele are major oil and gas companies A lot of young professionals Interests in sustainability

Cons

Poor life and work balance Poor ethics - Laid me off when I returned back from extended maternity leave (I had to take extended maternity leave because my child was still on the waitlist... had to take an extra three months off) Poor management Project managers had very little technical experience that led to poor execution of projects Little to no training (they promised me that they would train me...) Sink or swim environment High expectations of 98% billability Seems to take advantage of young graduates and overwork them

There are some good employees.

Cons

It's a very suffocating working environment. There are a couple nice employees in the office but they have to protect themselves and their retirement s so no one really express what they think. Its only dissatisfaction behind closed doors. Management is rigged with greed when it comes to bonus and sale credit.

Salary, High billability goals, Upper management is very disconnected, Sick time and training time have to be made up in order to meet billability goals, too little vacation time
