Terrible metric system and performance targets rolled out throughout the teams. Depending on your job description, these metrics often are unattainable and overall very stressful. No promotions unless you hit your numerous targets. No other company has this many. Obsessed with pyramid system which limits career progression even more.

The focus on metrics to demonstrate your value to the company and achieve progression is to the detriment of clients and sustainability as a goal. This is coupled with a poor rewards system, resulting in staff being incentivised to focus on progression (chasing pay that they deserve) rather than on delivering sustainability benefits through quality work for clients.
