- Ironically, company not sustainable: critical strategic mistakes made over last 6-8 years catching up, financials not achievable, sustainable, realistic - Core technical talent has fled or been let go, huge void in middle layers of firm - All about sales, sales, sales - forgot about technical foundation of company - Technical work quality often embarrassing, remaining pockets of good technical experts have no motivation, looking to exit - Too many partners focus only on themselves and their bonuses - Getting rid of practices was mistake - Unrealistic billable goals and no real support ensure Jr staff burn out quickly
