      Lagging Pay and No Growth

      Flexible work schedule if you get the right supervisor, offices worldwide.

      Cons

      Salary increases barely keep pace with inflation, and supervisors routinely deny promotions in order to keep costs low for clients.

      Technically sound Company but Poor Management

      Opportunity to be on several projects. Technically savvy staff.

      Cons

      Poor Management. Aggressive Competition between Business Units, with very negative outcomes especially for technical staff. Lack of training. Lack of Support (almost negligence) while enduring hardships doing Fieldwork. Working with virtual teams (out of state and internationally) without the the time to create relationships to foster positive team dynamics. Very High pressure environment due to 100% billability.
