Rubbish targets set for Operations Partners. Look at global employee dashboard and see performance of the bottom 100 partners who have been retained every year for last 5 years doing nothing! Employees penalized for taking sick, bereavment, annual or parental leave! Gosh the pro is everything else feels good after this experience.
Cons
Consultants get laid off for ineffective bottom 100 partners (check dashboard) chasing for timesheet filing, excel files, asking about pricing or giving wisdom of go to market when not delivered a project for years. Partners not required to sell or non existent targets if in operations role ( such as no sales goal, 5% utilization.) 2 director of operations (who failed at their previous roles), and now hiring 1 CFO for North America- 3 roles to replace role done by 1 person previously. No one to question as very poor corporate governance!
