Shift allocation was unfair and poorly managed, often leaving the desk understaffed and me repeatedly covering late shifts alone. Bonus and performance review process lacked transparency — some colleagues had negative reviews removed, while others were upheld without explanation, affecting fairness in pay. Management frequently absent during key hours and delegated responsibilities to peers, creating confusion and conflict. Raising concerns about fairness and transparency was met with resistance and eventually led to my dismissal, without due process.
