Pros

Fortune 500.clients Extremely skilled people technically- they do so well when leave ERM - look at competition practices Layoffs based on favoritism and not actual performance (look at employees dashboard - hope it's not deleted and restricted after this)

Cons

Leaders let go abruptly- Decarbonization and carbon compass methodolgy lead, Nature and Water lead, no afro American client facing partner globally in 8000+ staff Staff fired at will, clients told abruptly teams have changed Keeps retaining folks close to North America CEO in operations roles - need 2 director of operations for a role that was managed by 1 person, area managers, BUMP, revenue mgmt, msa, random mgmt, pod mgmt - all ops tiles. Retaliation, no collective bargaining allowed- only talks about sustainability. Read the last 20 reviews, surprised the ranking is so high

Constant layoffs

Pros

Ill say it’s only a good place for managers in terms of job security. the only good thing I can say about this job is the managers really care about you. And it’s hybrid, so you have a good work life balance.

Cons

Erm will bring you on just to get rid of you when they feel like it. They set high billability goals for entry level folks which are nearly impossible to meet when it’s slow. Then they’ll use that against you to not promote you despite good performance reviews. During my time there they did furloughs. Then when work got slow again they put people on performance improvement plans where you had to meet billability despite not enough work coming in. they fire you after not meeting goals when workload is out of your control. It feels like begging to other managers just to meet billability goals.
