      Excellent relationships built with coworkers; Flexible work schedules; interesting work opportunities in an international landscape

      Cons

      Upper management is not coordinated with overarching company goals; huge emphasis on utilization and sales goals; even when goals are achieved over a period of time, little tolerance for slower periods.

      Pros

      Gain experience in a variety of different industries while serving on projects. Travel often to client sites and meet many new faces and types of work. Great starting salaries for employees out of college with a solid retirement package from Vanguard.

      Cons

      Easy to get pigeon-holed, especially in field work. Finding appropriate training for the work to be completed is very difficult and employees commonly do not know how to perform job tasks correctly or safely. Management was disorganized and leadership was absent from many projects. Large turnover rate, no one is safe even if billability is high. The average employee worked here for 3 years then moved on. Feast or famine style work with 2-3% raises and $2,000 bonuses which do not reflect billabilty and results of employee.

      Pros

      Coworkers were caring and understanding individuals. Some managers were great mentors.

      Cons

      Some coworkers worked against you to climb the ladder to partnership. But these coworkers were easy to spot. Managers threw you out in the field and into client accounts without effective mentoring or basic company training. If you were staff and not yet a manager, you were worked like a dog under unrealistic time constraints.
