Work/life balance is not reality when expected to hit outrageously high goals/KPIs Upper management/HR not transparent Upper management/HR pushes out new "ideas" w/o thinking them through or getting our input (I'd really love to see who all is in these so-called "focus groups" because it's not anyone I know) and then the rest of us end up on the short end of the stick
