Amazing clientele, great teams to work on and very tall ladder to climb in your career. The company provides great resources to help staff grow and learn. It’s easy to find your niche at ERM. Benefits are great!

Cons

Billability goals are extreme and rates are very high for an environmental consulting firm which makes it impossible to keep work flowing consistently. The company is also very top heavy. There are far too many partners with not enough middle level management.
