Pros
They seem to really care about their employees and there's a concerted effort toward DE&I efforts. There are many positive things being planned which will eventually make the company a better place to work.
Cons
Overall change takes place at an extremely slow pace, too slow to keep good talent. They need to look at effecting positive change at a faster pace instead of making things harder than they need to be. DE&I efforts particularly in management are past due & very slow to be implemented by those with true authority, despite the enthusiastic efforts by the DE&I management group. Salaries are low, career progression has been almost non-existent but is being addressed.
