      Diverse projects and skilled staff. Flexible working environment and career paths.

      Cons

      Flawed compensation model - only beneficial if you are a Partner or higher. Causing turnover due to lack of appropriate compensation adjustments for long-term mid-level staff that are now paid below market. Company is increasingly driven by metrics rather than client service and value that used to be the priority.

      Great opportunities to get involved in various projects that would allow you to keep learning and grow professionally.

      Cons

      Low salaries on the more junior roles. Be sure you are well connected with your supervisor and partner supervisor if you are thinking about reaching the next consultant level.
