Enjoy freedom to explore new ideas Supported and encouraged to keep learning Provided all the tools I need to do my job effectively/efficiently Surrounded by thoughtful co-workers who are always willing to help Enjoy flexibility to accomodate family/appointments Leadership rolls up their sleeves

Cons

Partners are engrained in day-to-day activities of the business. This gives them tremendous insight into employee/customer experience, but pulls them away from big picture initiatives.

-If issues arise can lead to long hours -Laid back setting may not be suitable for everyone -Depending on position and current project may be on-call 24/7
