Pros

- Work from home - Unlimited vacation - Some truly amazing people who are willing to teach

Cons

- Very expensive health care (1-2k/month for family) - Cultures a mess. The blame game has started to run rampant - If vacation coinsides with a presentation or meeting you may be asked to make time during vacation for it - Some people are a pain. It's like they're actively trying to sabatoge projects to look better - No raises, bonuses, or performance reviews - Only visibility leads to advancements. If you're not onsite and overexposing yourself company wide you won't be able to go anywhere here - Frequent 9+ hour days

Pros

- Really high pay - Easy work, not too challenging - My direct manager is great - Free food - Super relaxed enviroment - Unlimited PTO

Cons

When I started I was told the free lunches are a thank you for high positive feedback on the company and they would go away if the score dropped. That was strange because it's like they are buying the score. I let it go, but then last week I was pulled to the side by two senior leaders and told I would get a bonus if I came on here and provided really high reviews and they gave me the bullet points I had to put on here. I started to see the bullet points they provided on here and I knew it was garbage. Very unethical and not a place where I want to work. I will be looking for a new job.

Some of the people are wonderful to work with

Cons

No communication with management, dishonest management, long hours, disgruntled customers and overall very, very poor services delivered.
