      Pros

      Company is in position of growth. Great group of co-workers.

      Cons

      Not a flexible work environment. Extremely hard to balance life/work. Strenuous oncall rotation. Software developers spend most of their time doing production support. Focused has narrowed to exclude existing customers.

      small group and small place work from home facility for 2 days a week

      Cons

      no professional growth salary increments are very very less stressful job not enough exposure to new technologies oncall support for 1 week 24/7 every 2 months which is very tiring and stressful

      Pay is what keeps the employees, if not for that and bad economy must would leave in a heart beat

      Cons

      Back stabing is the rule to get ahead. With the Pepsi generation taking over the running of the company life is hell. This company manages by fear and fear only. They don't really have a clue how to treat or repect their people. I'am very surprised this company hasn't gone union.
