There are no pros at ESC!

Cons

Top grading interview process is killing the company. Senior Leadership is killing the company. Senior Leadership makes dicisions without proper information which leads to poor decisions and always a scramble drill to get things done. Many areas of the company have poor leadership which leads to high turnover. If you make one mistake they will try everything in their power to force you to leave voluntarily so they don't have to pay you for unemployment benefits.

ESC is a great company to work for. The "we" attitude instead of "me" attitude resonates throughout the company, and everyone is ready to assist and provide a helping hand when needed be. The employees have "game on" attitude, and the company is growing so there is no such thing as a dull day!
