Pros

Pay and benefits are top level for the industry.

Cons

You will have multiple bosses each project. Inept office staff get promoted instead of fired. If you’re “in the club” you’ll do well. If not they will chew you up and spit you out. About 1000 office staff for 500 or so field staff. Extremely too heavy. Oh… and the CEO resigned for throwing a Nazi salute at the annual meeting.
