The "worker bees" work hard and most get along.
Cons
That's just it. Employees are treated like worthless little worker bees. Mgt claims to empower employees, then overrides (previously agreed upon) decisions. Mgt also thinks it's OK to spew venom and hate toward them when upset. There's nothing constructive about it either. If you're not one of the favorites (i.e, a friend, brown noser or family member), you'd better look out!!! There is ZERO respect for employees. People get fired/walked out daily for looking the wrong way. It is a horrible place to work. Can not focus on working hard when there is always turmoil and disruptions in the air. Great place to work award? No just paid advertising purchased by Dixon Schwabl for ESL Time to stop saying it is so and work hard and make it reality. Over 2000 employees have been terminated in the LAST 10 YEARS. This has a lot to say about ESL. This is not counting those that just quit or moved on the better jobs. Ask the 2000 fired workers how great ESL WAS to work at. No Honey at this Bee Hive.
