Pros

No Pros for this company. They may have benefits but you will probably not be there long enough to enjoy them. The door spins at this credit union at a high rate of speed. Employees treated as if they are of no value. Must keep your mouth shut or you will be gone. Always looking over your shoulder. Trust no one.

Cons

Worst company I have every worked for. ESl really could care less about its members and employees. Its all numbers, making money and goals. Leadership is the problem. It needs to change bad.

Pros

Room to move up if you're passionate and good at sucking up to those necessary. They switched it so that you can lose your job or get written up for failure to meet sales goals.

Cons

Takes a LONG time to get to certain positions that might be ENTRY-LEVEL somewhere else. Expect people with degrees to work their way up... What the point in getting a degree? They say you can only reach a certain point before it becomes necessary. However there certain circumstances may come about where you have to take on responsibilities of another position that only someone with a "degree" is qualified for. For a credit union, they are EXTREMELY sales oriented, they try to mold you into thinking that you're doing something good by shoving certain products down peoples throats. Working in branches become tough when most of the patrons become regulars and you've sold them everything possible. For what you may make, it's NOT worth the stress.

Pros

Benifits/Health Isurance - They helped pay for my psychiatric visits and prozac that was the result of my boss and the ESL work environment.

Cons

North Korean Style Management/Leadership ( Kim Jong Un ) at the top. Assassinations daily and erratic changes made all the time You never knew who would be executed next or what crazy management decision would be made out of the blue. Most made no sense. Stress Level in the ozone every day. I was on anti depression/anxiety medicine until I left. I worked in back office and the branches. The branches are worse. Manager/supervisors and fellow workers could not be trusted at all. A very sick environment to work in. There were days I did not want to get out of bed to go to work. The management has made it that way. You could loose your mind here?
