Good Pay, Room for Advancement, Great managers, They understand the stress of the job and are there for you to vent to if need be. Annual bonus and holiday party.

Cons

No cons. I loved working here and if I didn't have to move out of state I would still be working there. The other reviews on this site are just plain wrong.

Leaving at the end of the day to get away from this horrible place to work. Looking for a new job where they value employees and have opportunities for advancement not just use you like a slave.

Cons

Very sales oriented. Too much pressure for sales. Management does not make it seem like its a sales oriented job during interviews but the pressure starts from day one. Thus, a lot of turnover. How much turnover????. I was told over 3000 tellers/supervisors have gone through the branches and left or were fired in the last 8 years. Does not promote from within instead hiring staff from outside the company. This leads to inexperienced people in their roles. Branches are not operating at their peak performance in sales, operations, or customer service… Its a credit Union but they are out to make money. They do not care about you the employee or the members.
