Initially, the pros were great leadership and small company atmosphere, but that all changed when the Founder and CEO was undermined and betrayed, and fired by the Board.

Cons

- Poor leadership from new management - Not up to par with salaries - One of the CEOs is very untrustworthy - Shaky technology

Good People and Good Management

Pros

Good management team. Progressive attempt to manage people and projects. Good for entry level candidates to learn the business world and work their way up

Cons

Lack of training makes work frustrating which may lead to the very high turnover. Very little input accepted from "middle" management, leads to more frustration. More reactive than proactive to problems and solutions. Prevent the business from taking the next leap which they have the talent to do.
