Pros

The company is continuing to grow and make their mark in the e-Procurement World. The people that work here and the work environment, in general, is unlike any job I've had before. It makes coming into work every day enjoyable. The CEOs and other higher level employees really care about their employees and look for people who want to move up in the company. Higher ups are involved with issues to make sure they are there for their employees and supporting their customers to the best of their ability.

Cons

I can't think of anything I would consider to be a negative about working here

Pros

We work hard and we love what we do. The culture is amazing since the new management team took over at the end of last year. And the growth we have seen has been greater than it ever was in any year prior. It really is a great company to work for!

Cons

Based on where we are today I have nothing negative to say.
