Pros

-Very small company = a lot of visibility with upper management -No micro-managing, you are accountable for your work -Decent office space

Cons

For young/entry level professionals, unless you you want to specialize in e-procurement, I do not recommend this company. -Sure you get visibility, but you're definitely not learning or benefitting much from this. There are no resources to teach lower/entry level employees industry best-practices, etc. You are in an "ESM" bubble. -Pay is horrible. Not sure if it has changed since, but we were getting paid ONCE a month when I worked there. -A lot of weird things go on with upper management. Many top execs (including CEO) were fired, rumors of mergers that never happen. -Not sure what the other reviews are talking about, but there were definitely not "team-building" events -Also don't agree with the "opportunities for growth" in the other reviews. Maybe you'll get a raise or a new project to work on but it won't mean much to other companies when you're applying. It seems odd that the only other reviews on here are all within the same couple days and say the same thing. I would be wary of accepting a position here, as I have heard the company has only gotten more volatile in recent months.

Pros

- Awesome company culture. Work with some great people. - Employees are recognized for hard work and dedication. - Lots of room for advancement / career growth. - Very nice office building / office location. - Company is continuing to grow and add / improve employee benefits package. - Laid back working environment. No micromanagement. Everyone works hard and holds themselves accountable for their job responsibilities. - Monthly company team building events. - Open Door Policy with access to company CEOs, - No company politics or drama. Becoming more transparent while allowing employees to participate in making the company a better place to work.

Cons

- Healthcare is a blanket option which doesn't always work well for everyone. However, this is something being addressed by management. - Still ironing out Human Resource structure / policies.
