      Pros

      I really value the environment @ ESP. There is a culture of teamwork & professionalism and that is very important to me. I wish I had begun my career with ESP. I would recommend that any young professional coming out of college to begin their career with ESP Associates.

      Pros

      Benefits commensurate with company size. Maintains a high standard for quality of work and client satisfaction which is a reflection of the professionals I get to work with. Great environment and culture that rewards hard work, fosters positive interaction between departments, and provides the latest technology needed to get the job done. Worked with ESP as a client and partner over many years before coming to work here and have been pleased to see these attributes remain strong.

      Cons

      Managers are expected to be seller/doer's while maintaining direct hours which can be a challenge at times and takes some getting used to if you come from a different organizational structure.
