Pros

ESP Associates, Inc. is a thriving business with positive momentum and full potential to continue to build upon it's success over the past 3 decades. The work environment is extremely friendly and filled with many good people. It is a versatile fit for those trying to get their foot in the door in terms of professional work experience as well as seasoned professionals with a breadth of knowledge and able to lead a team. After working here for four years I would highly recommend others to pursue a career at ESP Associates, Inc. as well. Lastly, the Geospatial department is top notch to say the least.

Cons

Non-Applicable (Besides lack of parking spaces, but that is due to the company's growth. Which is a good "con" to have).

Pros

Full time job, office job

Cons

The Staff is unprofessional, unfriendly, and rude. HIPPA violations daily. The office is noisy and makes it hard to focus. If they don't like you they will verbally harass you until you can't take it no longer and end up fired. I only lasted here four days.

Pros

6% retirement match, equipment reimbursement, decent insurance (I guess?), Will help with related education costs

Cons

I don't make enough to afford an apartment/utilities without spending 60% of my income. Physically demanding work but apparently that doesn't mean I should make enough to live. Inexperienced workers are promoted so they can be paid less, while having absolutely nowhere near the experience any other company would require to be a survey crew chief. Example: a kid who never surveyed before is a crew chief after six months, but yet does nothing but drive his work truck to help another crew chief, because he literally doesn't know how to do the work or use the equipment.
