Flexible, Can be stressful, low pay

Pros

Schedule is flexible; if you can't work one day then just don't take jobs. I've generally had good experiences with school staff, although they're not actually ESS employees.

Cons

Pay isn't great, I get $90/day of teaching, which works out to about $11/hour. Feels about worth it for older kids but younger kids can be a real handful. I've also run into technical problems and their service dept has strange hours and is hard to get a hold of.
