great learning environment, interesting technology, friendly people, typically pleasant work environment. A good place to start a career if you can keep administrators out of your way.

Cons

poor underwhelming managers taking credit for successes they didn't create, while sabotaging the little people to cover over & obscure their mistakes.

Pros

Company culture is fantastic, people are ready and willing to help each other; a real family atmosphere. I can see myself working here for a long time.

Cons

None that I've become aware of yet, although I acknowledge that may come with time.

Pros

Nice place to work. Fairly chill atmosphere, casual dress policy, really unique office/manufacturing facility.

Cons

Definitely lower pay than market value. Forget about that raise, either, even if you get a "better" position in the company. Also, moving departments is really hard unless you're one of "the right" people. Don't bother asking for more money, you won't get it.
