Lots of friendly people, a good work to life ratio, benefits used to be great and are now average, casual work environment, stable, nice facility.

Cons

Salaries are below average for the work being done for many positions. Getting a promotion to the next level within your job can take years longer than it should. Getting promoted to a new position will not necessarily cause you to get fair market value for your new position since for some messed up reason your new salary is dependent on your old position. See a theme here? I hear it's getting better though...
