      Pros

      I am currently in customer service and I enjoy everything and everyone this company has to offer. Great customer service management and teamwork (does not micro manage). They have an amazing CSR employee of the month incentive program, as well as team of the month incentives. The job is fast paced and always exciting. They always have monthly food trucks come and feed the entire company. Upper management is very involved and take pride in their employees.

      They like to micromanage. I would never work here again. The pay is not worth it.

      Pros

      Coworkers are awesome Free food Good entry level design experience Direct coworkers/peers/department were awesome.

      Cons

      HUGE company run by family, major favoritism. Reprimanded for going above and beyond, very much a "stay in your box and be quiet" job Often felt like there was way too much nuance in how to interpret orders, customer needs, etc. Inter-department tensions.
