Co-workers are generally enthusiastic about the product they're selling which makes it a fun environment to work in. The employee discount is great and co-workers are usually very helpful if you need to switch shifts.

Cons

The schedule changes from week to week and so it can be hard to make life plans.

Great discount! Excellent for part time work! Flexible schedules! Easy, short shifts! Spend slow time trying on clothes and shopping!

Cons

Management is very unclear of their expectations. Constant change in management makes it difficult to maintain a strong foundation. Seems like there is some discrimination amongst employees and customers. Certain people get special treatment while others get abused. I forsee a lawsuit coming soon if the discrimination doesn't stop!
