Promoting district managers that have little experience. I've been with the company a short time and it has not been pleasant. They have so much turnover.

Got to work with and know some wonderful women and hopefully helped women shopping in the store find clothes they truly felt beautiful in.

Cons

The company seemed to have a very narrow idea of women and a very narrow idea of moms, whom they cater to. My managers were treated poorly and improperly trained, and once when I brought up the idea of diversifying body types in store ads, I was told that it likely wouldn't happen because we wouldn't want to be seen as a "plus-sized store". I worked with some wonderful women in my store but regional management and "Home Office" policies left much to be desired. Plus lots of overpriced, cheaply made clothing
