      Pros

      -Empowering atmosphere -Fun environment -Great shift options -Flexible work schedule -Employee Discount

      Cons

      -All woman workplace which can be a pro and con depending on the type of women you work with -Management is everything. The manager/assistant manager can alter your whole Evereve experience. If you have great management you will love you job. If you have less than great management your experience will suffer.

      Pros

      The Discount on clothes was thirty percent for people that worked there, I had a 15 minute commute. The other workers were very kind that worked there.

      Cons

      Management is inconsistent. I was let go because the assistant manager said I was unreliable. I had a doctors note if I had to miss work. I was hired for two stores it was to many hours so I quit. They called me back two months later and said I could work any time any day as long as I didn't go over 15 hrs. Well when the full time manager came back and there was now two I was let go 7 days after. Very unprofessional when they say it's a store for moms.

      Pros

      The environment is unlike many retail stores: there is no commission, the product assortment is great, the associates are trained to provide exceptional customer service and help customers outfit for their body type. We constantly try on new product in order to know the fit and who it would work best on. The work and shopping experience is relaxed and almost like shopping with your girlfriends. A very fun place to work and all the women I work with are great!

      I am unsure of possible opportunities to grow or what is the next step.
