Pros

Decent discounts and can be a lot of fun when there's good management.

Cons

Leadership can sometimes change a couple times and there really isn't room for growth. This is more of a part time job for older women with afternoons free.

Pros

Good, flexible hours. Good pay.

Cons

It's a newer company, so kinks are still being worked out.

Pros

Great company with great people and a great mission. The extensive training each employee goes through is amazing and really prepares you for the job. The management really goes through each application and interviews people extensively to ensure each employee is up to their standards. The mission of the company is basically to make all women feel amazing& confident in their clothing, and they are constantly coaching their employees on how to successfully style each customer and make them feel great. The coaching and training works great- I've had multiple women hug me/ cry to me after a "styling session" telling me how confident I helped to make them feel.

Cons

Each employee is strongly encouraged to really get to know their customers, and this is done through asking lots of authentic questions and having a meaningful conversation with the customer. Although we do not make commission, the customer sometimes believes we are trying to "sell to them" when we ask these questions, and some can be quite rude because of it. At that point employees at other companies would just stop talking to the customer, but we are encouraged to keep going until they literally say stop talking to me- and this can sometimes be extremely awkward. I think Evereve needs to realize that there are some people who are actually just in there to look and bombarding them with questions is unappealing and can even turn some customers away.
