Unequal pay continues to be a major problem. For over a year, HR promised us that a consulting group was conducting a study on pay and titling. Recently we were told they are conducting a new study that could take up to 3 years. Leadership doesn't seem to recognize how the lack of urgency around this issue impacts the lives of employees.
Other reviews have also mentioned favoritism, which is a major problem. The favorites get repeatedly promoted, and so many others who are both hard working and dedicated to the mission never receive development or growth opportunities. Additionally, employees don’t receive any clarity on career pathing, so don’t come here expecting to understand how you’ll grow professionally.
When sales are down, everyone is scolded and treated like they’re in sales. When sales are going well, only the sales team is recognized. Senior leadership doesn’t see the morale issues this creates. For example, there was a large financial institution upsell which would not have been possible without the hard work of the Schools Implementation Team. Their reward was the ability to expense a 5 dollar cupcake.
