The Founder/President has taken to yelling at employees during town halls, evading any responsibility for the toxic culture that has been cultivated within the organization. It is embarrassing and completely counter-productive to making new hires and others who are struggling with the "favorites" culture feel like they belong. Rather than offering employees wildly inflated titles without support or fair compensation, consider actually investing in employees by paying competitive wages and paying men and women fairly for equal work. The company's reputation cannot be saved by superficial magazine recognitions – the culture starts with positive leadership and employees who feel that they are treated like the professionals that they are. The recidivism rate is SO high that employees are generally doing the job of at least two people, and the least the company can do is to pay those people fair wages. No amount of snacks can make up for that.

Leadership is self focused first and cannot be direct about anything. They were deliberately vague and evasive to avoid being upfront and honest. They also dedicated their efforts into making the job harder in an effort to decrease streamline effectiveness. They were generally rude, disrespectful, and spoke down to everyone regularly. The culture is hierarchical and their sales tactics are breakneck which is giving them a negative reputation in the market. Its unfortunate a company fighting for such a noble cause is ran with such a negative focus.
