Company is trying to do too much, absurd (and unachievable) revenue goals are killing morale

-Unlimited PTO -Great office space -Lots of smart people

Cons

-Poor communication. Major decisions are made haphazardly and without any explanation as to why. -Little opportunity for career advancement unless you are part of the "chosen few" -Draconian 401(k) rule that only pays out your match if you are employed on the last day of the year -Substantial decrease in morale since Chief Revenue Officer was hired in May.

-Great mission. -Innovative model. -Filling areas of education that are vital to students becoming successful humans

Cons

- Extremely underpaid, especially for expectation of work - work/life balance -communication - onboarding process - “cliquey” - care more about getting “numbers” anyway possible for that year and not looking at long-term year over year retention - trying to do too much instead of focusing on strengths and better developing and supporting them
