Pros

Pay is generally good. Benefits are slightly above average. Overall, it's an easy place to work and, if you have any talent or expertise at all, you can really stand out. They have a lot of training programs, although many are quite simplistic and poorlyl presented.

Cons

Faruk Capan is a smart, nice individual who loves cool technology but tends to not be an especially strong leader. The Executive VP tier directly below him is generally weak, oddly dysfunctional, and bickers amongst themselves for power. Tech leaders think it's a software company. Account leaders think it's a sales company. And because it has built its business model on digital execution in the highly controlled pharma industry, our account teams tend to lack marketing ability. There are pockets of talent. But the company is highly siloed and functions in completely different ways depending on the account alignments and individual management styles. Intouch has tried to solve this by implementing highly detailed processes that attempt to bring unity by controlling each step of work in a linear path. But documents don't change a culture, and at Intouch the culture is still very piecemeal.

Thanks for your feedback. One of the great things about Intouch is our open-door policy. Associates always have access to talk to a manager, HR, or even the leadership team when they have issues and concerns. We value associate feedback, especially constructive comments that provide an opportunity to pinpoint areas of improvement.-- Laura Simcox VP, HR

Pros

I got to work with good smart people. The benefits are decent. It was a good overall experience. My salary was comparable to others in the area.

Cons

There are a lot of communication problems between teams. This occasionally lead to long hours to try to get things done by the deadline.

Pros

I work on an incredible team. Our cohesion is unmatched and I'm so lucky to be on it. My managers challenge me but never give me anything that I can't handle. I feel valued in my role and am treated fairly. It wasn't until I left Intouch (I've returned) that I truly appreciated the vacation/personal time off/sick days they provide. It's nice to know that I can run to the dentist at 2pm, and not be docked vacation hours. I genuinely feel wanted and appreciated.

Cons

My one complaint would be I wish we had more flex working hours. Being an agency, and working in the ebbs and flows that goes with it, I would love to be able to work from home occasionally on days where I'm not scheduled for meetings. But overall, I don't see a lot of cons. I'm very happy with my employment.
