Lots of fun company events, good 401k match, good health insurance, free food, coffee, snacks.

Cons

Low pay for what they expect out of you, upper level employees trash talk lower level employees and each other, negative environment overall, lack of vision and goals in some departments.

Pros

- Lots of great people - Flexible on WFH - Pay was pretty good, benefits were very good.

Cons

- A lot of the very high star reviews on here either read like ad copy or are extremely bare bones. I would not be surprised if Intouch is making an effort to pad their rating. - The vast majority of my team has left in the last year or so - Work life balance is terrible - Can't trust high level leadership when it comes to improvements like process, hiring new employees etc. They only care about short term growth not sustainability. This leads to big negative impacts for clients and internal teams. Team level managers seem to be left in a position where they want to stick up for their teams but are unable.

Pros

Half of the staff is excellent. They are dedicated, talented, and decent human beings. They work hard and deserve recognition for it, though few of them actually get it.

Cons

They encourage recent college grads to apply, so that they can pay them lower wages. The younger members of the staff (recent college grads) are treated with less respect than the older members of the staff (late 20s, early 30s), regardless of their experience and skill level. It is a very cliquey environment with a lot of fake personalities. They market themselves as this young and hip company that likes to have fun and keep its employees happy, but in reality, they host happy hours and other events to constantly distract the employees from the fact that it's not a good job or a positive work environment. Very few people are happy. If something goes wrong, the company will not have your back, so do not expect it. The executives care more about the company image than they do the employees. I wouldn't recommend this company to a friend or an enemy.
