Pros

Great people, some cool products!

Cons

This place is a dump to work at and is truly a place of micro-management and senseless demotions. Low wages and too much work, most people stay beyond 8 hours. Don't expect any niceties here, they pinch pennies. No such thing as a promotion, in pay in anyway, they try to pay you the same and give you more work.

Good graphics card product (maybe?) Loyal customers Friendly coworkers

Cons

Unfriendly environment CEO treats employees like babies or even worse, dogs. And this kind of leadership style drives talented people away, there were already so many examples. No one would like to contribute and work with him willingly under that kind of environment. Really not a good place if u'd Luke to develop a long term and promising career.

Excellent product moving in new building hoping to go public inTaiwan Market do manage their business well hard working

Cons

Very poor training high expectation Based on poor training sales is not sales 95% data entry overworked employees to keep human capital cost down very micromanaged because of this philosophy
