Micromanaging comes from the top. Any job that you have after this will be a cake walk.

Pros

If you are looking for a challenge, then you will find it here. There will not be much reward other than you will be able to take on anything after.

Cons

Very bad micromanaging. The CEO is king and everyone bows before him. You are shown how to do things a exactly certain way but get "owned" when you are doing it right. If you want to keep your job, you will slave away other aspects of your life. When you get the choice to shift over to salary, remember you do not get OT and you are officially "his" anytime day or night.

Pros

Co workers are fun/talk/work with. Can learn a lot from co workers as well. Is a good place to use a stepping stone towards another job.

Cons

Some co workers talked more than worked. Pay is low for workload given. No room for growth. A lot of "micro management" of staff for such a small company.
