Pros

Lots of good people and the opportunities for good work experience exist to those who are sharp and work hard enough. The company has great commitment to its customers.

Cons

The CEO micro-manages too much and is apt in making bad decisions ranging from products to personnel. In attempt to fix issues, he often creates larger ones. Pay is well below comparable positions found elsewhere. Raises and bonuses are often "coming" but rarely materialize.

Pros

Most of the people are friendly and easy to get along with.

Cons

Bad wages. Very little room for advancement. Mediocre benefits. Promotions typically mean they give you more work without actually increasing your pay rate, although it's promised that you will get a raise "in the future if you continue to do well". They then find any reason not to give you a raise and claim the performance as the primary reason you didn't get the raise.

Horrible environment

Pros

Interesting work, lots of high end computer parts around, good consumer perception.

Cons

The management structure is awful; the US office is run by one middle manager who doesn't have time for everything that the CEO demands of him. The CEO likes to micromanage, shows no trust in his employees, has unrealistic expectations, pinches pennies in areas he shouldn't, and worst of all refuses to admit to any flaw or mistake and will blame employees for his own faults. All around incompetent. Turnover rate is less than a year for most positions, and compensation is mediocre to terrible, depending on position.
