1.Toxic Work Environment – The culture can be highly toxic, with favoritism playing a major role in opportunities and support. If you’re not in the “inner circle,” getting proper guidance or resources can be a challenge. 2.Micromanagement & Lack of Trust – Despite being in a leadership role, there is excessive micromanagement, which stifles efficiency and decision-making. Leadership oversight goes beyond accountability and often feels like control for the sake of control. 3.Lack of Support & Favoritism – Genuine support is only provided to those who are considered “favorites.” If you’re not in that group, you’re often left to navigate challenges alone, which can be frustrating and discouraging. 4.Corporate Bureaucracy – Decision-making is slow due to multiple layers of approvals, making it difficult to drive change or implement process improvements. 5.Workload & Pressure – Managing finances across the Americas comes with high expectations and an intense workload, but rather than fostering a collaborative environment, the leadership culture amplifies stress. 6. Good teammates Strong client base

Cons

Experienced extreme hostility, lack of professionalism and misogyny from Sr LT. There seems to be a “this is the way it is” complicit culture and I would exercise extreme caution in joining the org. If you’re currently employed, make sure to report bad behavior and bad actors. Not everyone is given the same treatment.

Leadership is run by unprofessional inexperienced group of RN’s that pretend to know coding. You will see a disregard for coding clinics and guidelines. Their turnaround is crazy people prefer to be unemployed than to continue working for them. They will move you to a new position with double the workload without a raise. The DRG department’s management are not coders and believe that coding is an easy thing that nurses can learn to master in a couple of months.
