6yThank you for your feedback. EXL is in the growth stage with tremendous potential and the strategy is to propel that by taking on new work. There will always be different type of projects. While we do have personal development programs rolled out on a periodic basis, it does still need more attention. We are working on enhancing our capability development initiatives in the US Geo. We encourage a healthy work-life balance, while some work can be demanding because of deliverables, there are down-times too and that is the nature of the consulting type of business.

With the many acquisitions and fast-paced growth that the company has, integrations can be slower than normal at times however we do recognize the amazing resources we have and are working towards better hiring policies, lateral opportunities within the organization and greater leadership alignment. With the ever changing market, we are progressing well to be a known company in the digital, analytics and technology space.
