initial learning, but gets stagnant soon. it is a BPO, not a consulting company

Salary and compensation was adequate. Full time working from home post COVID

Cons

I worked here for 8 years, and during that time communication with my manager was less than 100 hours. The office was set in legacy ways. My manager would send mixed messages to multiple teams which confused direction clarity.
