Pros

Some flexibility in making schedule, but some micromanagement with teams. Remote. Good benefits and 3 weeks paid vacation and 2 weeks sick days

Cons

Over half of the pay is based on Production, bonuses and quality - this can vary week to week depending on when you submit completed audits and when reviewers complete their review. And your audit is subject to the opinion of a reviewer. If someone goes on vacation or is sick entire team has to work more to make quota, which makes job incredibly demanding and stressful.

Pros

Opportunities to work on large-scale, complex data transformation initiatives, especially in insurance and healthcare Exposure to global teams and diverse clients; great for building domain depth and technical versatility Some really smart, capable colleagues who are generous with their knowledge Flexibility to work remotely and relative autonomy in how you execute your role If you’re proactive, you can carve out your own path and influence outcomes

Cons

Leadership changes and shifting priorities can create instability and misalignment across teams Internal politics and favoritism sometimes outweigh performance and merit in advancement opportunities Lack of clear career development or succession planning for senior individual contributors Communication from leadership is often reactive rather than strategic Sales-driven culture doesn’t always align with long-term value creation or technical excellence
