On the second point , EXL is strong on compliance and after ensuring many communications, took punitive action on those who repeatedly ignored completing mandatory security and compliance training. As a company, our most important asset is our people. Our HR practices include reviewing our compensation structures periodically and aligning our hiring and performance increases to relevant market data. We also do bench-marking on a regular basis that show we are quite aligned and for those areas where we are not, we formulate a long-term plan for the same.
