      Local team is great, but corporate is a pain

      Good local team. Lots of team lunches.

      Cons

      Corporate office is overly bureaucratic. Takes weeks to get small tasks done. Benefits are terrible. Work space is outdated. IT Systems are aging and little to no budget is given to IT to update them. Too many employees are paid hourly (even VPs need to clock in and out).

With the many acquisitions and fast-paced growth that the company has, integrations can be slower than normal at times however we do recognize the amazing resources we have and are working towards better hiring policies, lateral opportunities within the organization and greater leadership alignment. With the ever changing market, we are progressing well to be a known company in the digital, analytics and technology space.
