      Not a good Pay Master..!!

      Pros

      -> One of the leading BPO in India -> There are lot of learning , EXL has set up its own learning center -> If you have talent, you can get good opportunities to grow -> Lot of EXL ex employees are placed at good positions in other companies -> If you have will to learn, the company will help you upskill

      Cons

      -> Pays extremely less and are low at appraisal percentage -> Lot of employees hired are extremely poor in terms of skill, however it does not matter to company as they know that they are paying below industry level -> Extremely bad transport system

      Pros

      1) I had a great team culture with a very supportive and encouraging manager. 2) There are some teams which offer good work. I got to work on some good advanced analytics projects.

      Cons

      1) it is difficult to change teams or work across different industries. 2) In most teams, the work is repetitive or automated. For an entry level employee, he/she may not get the opportunity to learn new things.
