      Pros

      Flexibility with working hours and responsibilities given to manage sites and accounts. If you are fortunate to have a good manager then you can expect better support.

      Cons

      Lack of recognition if not in Noida or in core operations. No rewards and recognition for technology operations staff in non-NCR sites especially in South.
